Organiser:

Participation Rules:

In order to participate in the monthly giveaway, an individual must fulfil the following requirements:

• Be 18 years or older. Younger individuals can participate, but must have written permission to do so from their legal guardians.
• Be a resident of the following countries: United Kingdom, Germany or Austria.
• Be a registered user of Shpock. Participants must be signed into their Shpock account at least once during the period of the giveaway.

Excluded from participation:

• Employees of the Organiser, contractors, as well as their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
• The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from participation any person who breaks the rules of the Giveaway.

Giveaway process:

• The Organiser is giving away the reward(s) stated in the promotional messages.
• At the end of the giveaway period, the Organiser will reach out to the winners via the email addresses registered on their Shpock accounts to confirm acceptance of reward(s) and collect information needed for delivery of the reward(s).
• If a winner doesn’t reply within 3 days of being contacted, they forfeit any claim to the reward and a new winner will be drawn.
• A winner’s Shpock username (first name and first letter of last name) and their profile picture may be used in social media announcements.
• The responsibility for potential payment of tax is accepted by the winning participant.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Other:

• There is no right of appeal.
• These terms of use and the entire legal relationship between the participants and the Organiser are subject exclusively to the law of the Republic of Austria.
• These terms of use may be changed at any time by the Organiser without separate notification.
• Should individual clauses of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions remains unaffected.
