My parcel isn’t arriving, what can I do?

First, please use the tracking number to see where your parcel is currently located, as it might have been left with a neighbor or nearby pickup location.

If the parcel can’t be located please get in touch with your seller so that they can initiate an inquiry with Parcel2Go through the live chat linked in the order confirmation email.
